Amazing place to live
I’ve been living at the laker for almost 6 months now, and I’ve loved every second. The property is absolutely beautiful. The in-unit amenities are of the best & latest quality, and the apartment is in excellent condition. The property’s amenities are unbelievable! There is so much to do, and everything is always clean and comfortable. Also, the leasing agents are so kind and friendly, it is such a good community to be a part of.

Great Community, Fantastic Amenities!
We’ve been here for 3 months now and we absolutely love it! The staff is amazing. They are all so kind and responsive. The community is also wonderful. We have met a lot of our neighbors, and we enjoy connecting with them as we use all of the fantastic amenities. The pool, hot tub, and cornhole boards have been our favorites so far, but the view from the 7th floor sky deck is hard to beat!
The Laker truly is a wonderful place to call home!

10/10 best place in NE
I've lived at The Laker since October 2023 & could not have chosen a better community to live at!! The property manager, leasing consultants, and maintenance staff have been nothing short of the best as they have provided prompt communication & ensures our community is cleaned & maintained at all times. Not only is the staff amazing, but every resident I've communicated with is so welcoming & friendly. Lived on the 7th floor & called it my penthouse with my downtown views. For the price and... location in NE Minneapolis, it is 100% worth it. You can't get these amenities for the same price anywhere else!!! Highly highly recommend The Laker!!! :)

Feels like home
Management is super kind and always helpful. The community is excellent as well and very active. There are tons of amenities to use everyday and everything feels so new and clean.
