I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective residents deserve an honest account before signing a lease.

I chose this community expecting luxury amenities, responsive management, and a secure environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The advertised year-round hot tub was unavailable my first winter and has repeatedly been closed this summer. When open, I experienced what appeared to be chemical burns, and swimsuits were discolored, raising concerns about water... maintenance.

Although marketed as pet-friendly, pet waste stations frequently overflow, dog bags are often empty, and trash around amenities is routinely left overflowing.

Security has also been disappointing. My $1,500 e-bike was stolen from the secured garage after a security breach, and multiple resident thefts have followed. Management also informed residents that unauthorized individuals had been sleeping in lower-level bathrooms, which are now locked overnight.

Maintenance requests often take weeks or months, and some have even been marked “completed” without being fixed. Communication is equally frustrating—emails go unanswered, promised updates never come, and concerns are acknowledged but rarely resolved.

Soundproofing is poor, with hallway conversations, neighbors, and doors easily heard throughout the building. Common areas also show ongoing damage with little accountability.

For the premium rent charged, I expected far better maintenance, security, communication, and upkeep. The building has potential, but until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend it. Read More

It is shocking how bad this property is, and even more shocking how bad the management is. there are more reasons than I could possibly list in a short narrative. I would advise living elsewhere if you enjoy your sanity.

This is the best place to live! Everything is brand new and the people that work there are THE BEST! The amenities are incredible and the location is the best!

Just being honest. Even though the building is new, lack of attention to detail is noticed already. 4 months in and decline in the building and property is already noticeable. Trash all over the outside property, concern emails go by the wayside, no events for tenants, pool deck in disarray, just not what I expected as a tenant if a luxury apartment and paying what we pay.
