Just ok
Just being honest. Even though the building is new, lack of attention to detail is noticed already. 4 months in and decline in the building and property is already noticeable. Trash all over the outside property, concern emails go by the wayside, no events for tenants, pool deck in disarray, just not what I expected as a tenant if a luxury apartment and paying what we pay. Maybe things will turn around. I’d say don’t get caught up in the newness. Look around. Not mad, but also wouldn’t sign a... new lease at this point.
