Recent maintenance Had issues with the pipes for my toilet ands upon arrival of the maintenance, description of issue was explained. Within 20 minutes issue was addressed and explained.
A follow up was to be made if the issue reoccurred and immediate action would occur.
I can’t brag enough about residing here and never an issue with addressing our concerns.

Lease Renewal Renewing my lease was easy peasy. I was notified via the web cafe well in advance about the renewal, and it only took a couple of clicks to complete the process.

Maintenance requests no longer have any urgency I submitted a maintenance request to have a bedroom door fixed and the buzzer for the apartment front door to be fixed and neither have been completed. This was submitted 2 weeks ago and it is still not done. No urgency, no communication or updates about what is going on for these maintenance requests. It feels like we are being ignored and brushed off. I didn't feel like this in the past but now I do. It's different in a bad way.
