Split customer care Front office staff - the best!
Maintenance from top down - not good. Too much to mention, but I'd like all of my plugs to work at some point soon, please.

*gnat infested
* laundry room, always dirty or clothes left behind for hours
* steps & hallway dirty(clean once a week)
* Delay on repairs
* cars in the same spot for weeks…have to park far
* trash being left outside the apartment door
