Maintenance and Behavior I have been living here for the past 3 years, and unfortunately my experience with the maintenance and management has not been good. The staff are not flexible with residents’ concerns and often do not communicate properly. Many times, they respond with sarcasm, make jokes instead of addressing issues seriously, and seem very impatient while answering phone calls or questions.
The building maintenance is also disappointing. The stairs are rarely kept clean, and there is... often a bad smell while walking through the corridors. We were told that the entire place would be rebuilt and improved, but over the years I have not seen any noticeable changes or improvements in the older buildings behind.
Overall, the management needs to improve both resident communication and property maintenance.
