Decent place to live Safe place to live and close to everything in Troy. Lots of green space. Beautiful pool but located right next to the very loud freeway.
Staff is friendly. Maintenance is sometimes a bit sloppy and sometimes just uses short cuts. Inside is okay except for rusted burners on stove-not addressed after many months and small toilet which is NOT a standard toilet and not a good toilet for a senior.
I think previously the property was not in good repair but they are working very... hard and have made a lot of major improvements. I did sign for another year but would prefer less freeway noise and an
in-unit washer/dryer so I will probably move next year.

Lease Renewal Was smooth and past. Only suggestion is that if someone has been staying for more than 2 years, you could consider giving them some discount on the rent.

Thank you Tommy! I want to give a huge shoutout to Tommy. I put in a request to fix clogged drains after my move-in, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he resolve the problem quickly, but he was also super friendly and explained exactly what they did to fix it. It’s so nice to live in a community where the team genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
