I have truly enjoyed living at this apartment community. The Tami and Mel are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are well maintained year-round.
The community is quiet, clean, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roadways. I appreciate the effort that management puts into making this a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
I would highly recommend this community to... anyone looking for a beautiful apartment and a team that genuinely cares about its residents. Great experience overall!

Beautiful property with great amenities
Riverwood Luxury Apartments has a beautiful, well maintained property with lots of great amenities. The office staff, Tami and Mel are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys, Jay and Nate are quick to respond to any maintenance issues.
If you are looking for a great place to live, Riverwood is the place+

Beautiful Propery.
I recently viewed an apartment and had a great experience with Mel. The units were upgraded while maintained and modern feel the staff was friendly professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a new place to live. It’s worth the money for luxury. Hoping they have an opening in July when my lease is up.

Loving it so far!
The apartment with the community is very clean and safe. Kellie, Tami, Jason and Nate are working very hard to keep it the same. They respond to every request quickly and get the job done effectively. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an apartment near this area.

Rent/Upgrade on apartment’s
The apartment is not all that luxury so they should take it out the name. There’s a lot of pot holes that they won’t fix they just patch it up and you have to avoid them so the pot holes won’t damage your car. Inside of the apartment are not luxury just looks like an regular apartment, it just has an electric fireplace. Rent goes up every year and rent is supposedly to increase by 5% by law. But there’s no improvement at all. Make it harder trying to rent for an apartment that’s not even all... that. Tbh.
