Living at BLVD West has been a good experience so far, though I've only been here about a month. The apartment was clean when we arrived, though we had some issues with plumbing. The apartment itself is very spacious and has plenty of storage. The amenities like the exercise room and hammocks are a great addition and are always kept clean.

The property manager has the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered in a person. The portal for you to pay your rent DOES NOT work, it takes weeks for them to complete an maintenance request. They let the trash just pile up until its overflowing and animals have drug the trash all through the parking lot. The parking lot has potholes the size of someone's car. This is the worst complex I have EVER lived in!! I would NOT RECCOMMEND.

The apartments here are new and remodeled, we love the modern feel and love having our own entrance to decorate! The leasing staff is what helped us choose to live here, there kindness and always willing to help if we have problem!

I just recently moved here in January and I absolutely love it here. The property and landscaping are gorgeous. Kiana was so helpful and sweet and made the move a breeze. The brand new gym and pool area are so beautiful. The community is so peaceful and inviting. The maintenance guy is so nice and if you need anything he's there the same day. The recently renovated apartments are so nice and beautifully designed. I love it here.
