I so enjoy this place. Steve head of maintenance especially makes it enjoyable living here because his work his thorough, neat & done in a timely fashion. I feel comfortable referring my family & friends as well because this community is just awesome. They even delivered breakfast to our door this morning.

I really love this place. Steve and the maintenance team are fast to respond. I also like that they are nice and take pride in their community.

I enjoy living here any issues. I've had Steve in the maintenance team have responded. Either the same day or the next, I appreciate their hard work. I hope it's noticed.

I stayed here from 2022 to 2023. I had many problems starting with move in day. I had no working key.... they gave me a key that would not unlock my door nor could I get into my apartment on move in day. Secondly on move in day my central air nor heat worked..... Following this when all moving in was done my microwave was not working as well. My first day here there was 3 maintain calls already put in. The key was fixed the air and heat was never touched after that with many attempts to have the... ground crew to fix this. Never did they show or follow with multiple calls walks to the front office everything anyone could do with out fixing them self. Now Mind you they never fixed my heat when it was negative degrees outside. During winter they never plowed the sidewalks nor street / parking lot. They with held my security deposit for 6 months until I brought in a lawyer to get my money back. the base rent always moves up and never stays at the base rent of what you signed on.
