Very nice staff, the units are clean, and the team helps with any problem.

Units are run down, appliances are at least 20 years old. The landlord refuses to fix or replace anything. Avoid.

I just recently moved here a few days ago and everything has been so far so good. No complaints really. I love my kitchen the most out of all things! It’s really big and the appliances are nice and updated!!
I did had to do some spot cleaning in the bathroom, which wasn’t a big deal… The building has been Pretty quiet so far. Carmen in the leasing office helped me out, She was so nice and helpful! She’s the best!

The leasing staff is efficient and professional. It has close proximity to walking trails, grocery stores, and major freeways.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Maintenance does not respond to your work orders in a timely matter at all and it’s clear they do not care about their job. There needs to be updates to the apartments yet they’re charging more rent. The floor creeky and feels as though there’s lumps underneath you; there’s always a disgusting smell in the hallways that get into your apartment among other things.
