This is a great place to live near all the shops and restaurants of Pike and Rose as well as the main shopping areas in North Bethesda. Very easy access to DC!

The building itself has nice amenities. Parking is expensive and not guaranteed. The leasing office is impossible to reach, I have to go to the physical office anytime I want to get in contact with them.

Upkeep of building is not good. Carpet in hallways is disgraceful. Garage doors don’t work. Handicap door opener doesn’t work. Mirrors at top of driveway usually don’t work.

I apologize about the... issues you have experienced with the garage, currently we are in the process of updating our garage with VEND which will help with garage functionality. If you email me handicap door that does not work, I can put in a ticket for that particular item.
I will request maintenance to inspect the driveway mirrors to make sure they are properly aligned. Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate it and will work towards creating a better environment.
