My move in was mostly good aside from unresponsive people at the leasing office who say they will call you back repeatedly but never do. When I moved in there was also a list of about 20 things that needed to be fixed or weren’t right.

New to the PerSei! Great location, great community, and clean environment. The amenities are sufficient, and the gym is a great asset. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance turnaround time is pretty fast; I currently have an AC issue, but they worked quickly to get me accomodations. I only wish the elevator near my apartment was working, but hopefully soon. Overall, beautiful apartment, great staff, and we love it here!

Not a pleasant living experience, complaints are not taken seriously. Parking garage is always unbearably hot and constantly smells like sewage. Leasing office lacks communication. I’m not renewing solely based off of the lack of communication from the leasing management
