I have shopped other nearby facilities and believe the Edison is the best place to live and rent. I love to tell folks how much I appreciate driving up to my floor in the covered garage! Location is a big factor. Anything you need is nearby. . .transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, a variety of stores, a car rental agency is handy as well if you need to rent a vehicle! I encourage you to stop in and take a look. I would love to meet you!

Although I have moved in only a month and couple days ago my experience has been more than amazing. The staff at Edison is extremely kind, always willing to help by answering my questions whenever needed. They can also be easily reached by email. My neighbors are very nice, always smiling and saying hello. Parking is amazing, the building feels very safe. The location is also great with train and bus stations around together with a lot of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and others.

Less than ideal situation with us needing a new water heater. Maintenance dealt with the issue as quickly as they possibly could given the severity and needing outside assistance. They also really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the short meantime. Very human response that was very appreciated.

The Edison is a nice community with luxury apartments and amenities. There are usually events created almost every month which gives us an opportunity to get to know our neighbors. The apartment complex is located near Moody Street and the Riverwalk in Waltham. I have been very happy to call the Edison Home!
