Due to a family emergency, I was in need of an apartment on short notice. The staff at Royal Crest were responsive and supportive in getting me into a place as quick as possible. I was able to complete the move in process from application to unlocking my door in 48 hours. I appreciated their sympathy to my plight and professional actions in taking care of me during this difficult time.

I really like these apartments. The location is right near the highway and hundreds of stores are nearby. There's multiple tennis courts, pools, a basketball court, and a pond stocked with fish among other amenities. The staff so far have been friendly and helpful.

Do not live here. The buildings are never cleaned, including the indoor trash rooms, which are always packed full. The office staff are rude. FULL of pests and rodents. The property is falling apart with no renovating it ever. The only reason they even deserve one star is because the maintenance staff are amazingly kind and friendly. They do what they can with limited resources.

Too pricy apartment and charged me $1000 extra for late notice. We given a verbal notice 2 months ago. Front desk is little rude and not that friendly. Even they increase the apartment prices, which is not worth it.

There are nice places for better prices. Also all the properties are smaller then listed. My apartment was about 20% less square feet than listed
