When my daughter was accepted to UMass, my wife and I were understandably apprehensive about sending her off to college and renting a place for her on her own. We decided to rent her a single at this student housing community, and from the very beginning, we were impressed.

When she arrived, she was greeted by a smiling property manager who was admittedly busy but still took the time to make sure she had her keys and understood how to access the building. She was also shown where the gym and... study rooms were located, which immediately helped her feel comfortable and welcomed.

My daughter has now graduated and is returning home, and I can honestly say she had an excellent experience living here. As parents, knowing that she was comfortable, safe, and well taken care of gave us tremendous peace of mind.

I stayed here during my senior year in college and I had just moved into the area not knowing a soul. This apartment helped me to make friends in a short amount of time, I even became friends with my roommate who I was placed with randomly. Because of the location to downtown going to restaurants or to the bars is a short walk away. The university is also fairly close. Overall great place to live, would stay here again.
