Mid in every way
A lot of these reviews are written with rose tinted glasses. I've been renting across New Hampshire for 6+ years now and this is the most okay apartment I've ever been in. It's expensive for what you get, walls are paper thin, and with it being a hotspot for dog owners expect to hear your neighbors dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. Our 1 bedroom unit lacked natural light and featured a stunning view of the parking lot and the other building across the street. We couldn't have our... shades open without allowing an unknown number of neighbors full view inside. Then there's plowing. Jesus Christ these people are looking for the smallest excuse to tow your car. They plow at the crack of dawn whether its a half inch or 2 feet, and if you don't move your car 15 minutes after they text you they stick a neon green sticker to your driver side window that always leaves a sticky residue, give it another half hour they'll tow. I was away from home last winter and forgot to move my car, and they ended up towing after less than an hour, and I had to call multiple times just to find out where my car was towed to, management gave no notice, I would never had known if my neighbor hadn't seen it. My car was impounded for less than a day and I was charged $450. Leaving because they've upped rent by more than a 100$ since I moved in last year. They don't care about you.
