I wanted to take a moment to share how much we will miss living at Alta Clara. My partner and I have lived here for 5 years. If we were not relocating to another state for work, we would continue to call Alta Clara home. From the amenities, to the beautiful apartments, proximity to the trails and to Boston - we will miss it so much here!!

Daniel and the entire staff are always prompt in answering questions and providing support. This has been by far the best community I’ve been part of (and I’ve moved over 20 times due to work). Amazing team, amazing location, amazing HOME

My husband & I have very much enjoyed our stay at Alta Clara while we ready for out next permanent residence. We have been here over 3 years & are in our 70’s - we find this place very accommodating to our needs & are grateful they attend to repairs, situations promptly.
In addition, it has a beautiful clubhouse that we have used for our daughter’s wedding & a large Christmas gathering!
We also use their heated salt water pool which is lovely with all the plantings around it and that too is... clean & well taken care if.
We do not hesitate to recommend Alta Clara in the Fells-it has been a wonderful respite as we consider our next steps in our permanent living choices.

I truly enjoy living at Alta Clara At The Fells and have had a very positive experience overall. What stands out most is the welcoming atmosphere — from the friendly neighbors to the helpful and exceptional leasing office staff, everyone has been resourceful, kind, and supportive.

The community offers so many amenities that make living here enjoyable and convenient. I appreciate the pet-friendly spaces and designated areas for dogs, access to walking trails, outdoor grills, fire pits, the pool,... gym, clubhouse, and all the opportunities to enjoy time outside or socialize. I also really enjoy the monthly events, giveaways, and activities that are planned for residents. These events help build a sense of community and make living here feel more engaging.

As for the Blitz rewards program, I think there is room for improvement. In my opinion, the amount of points earned compared to the amount residents spend could be more rewarding. The program itself was not a factor in my decision to rent here or renew my lease. My decision was based much more on the quality of the property, amenities, community atmosphere, and the outstanding staff. While Blitz is a nice added feature, increasing the benefits or rewards could make it feel more valuable to residents.

Overall, Alta Clara At The Fells has been a great place to live, and the community itself is what continues to make it stand out. Read More
