My apartment is attractive, bright and cheerful. The river view is beautiful and the location is very convenient to restaurants and shops. Maintenance staff replies quickly to requests for repairs. The common areas and amenities are clean and attractive. There are a few annoyances, but basically I like living here.

Friendly concierge, very accessible to the MBTA Orange Line, and awesome amenities. I wish that they would bring the pool table back, or wish that we had more recreational amenities (like cornhole, foosball, ping pong, etc.) and it's unfortunate that my partner bought a pool cue set in anticipation of Montaje having a pool table, but it has since been removed with no notice on a possible return. We need more social recreational activities because it's pretty barren and bland. My experience has been great. I especially appreciate the convenience of the parking facilities, which makes daily life much easier. Also, Robert Mathis is an outstanding professional—extremely helpful, proactive, and pleasant to deal with.

Love the proximity to so many things and you’re essentially paying for the location. Wish they offered parking for guests or spent more of our money updating better washer/dryers, gym equipment, firepits, etc. rather than getting rid of the pool table and changing the lounge space that is usually taken up by the sane group of people daily but that seems common to cut corners on quality products in these types of buildings.
