Love living at Montaje. The pool was great as a haven for the heat wave. Maintenance has also been incredibly responsive. Reported a sink disposal issue and it got fixed immediately the next day.

Exceptional location! In the heart of Assembly Row. Very nice apartments, with all the high end amenities and facilities you’d expect at this price range. Staff are all very helpful and courteous. Would recommend living here for any newbies to Boston and Somerville.

So far so good! Moved in a week ago and everything has been excellent. Love my apartment, impressed by the amenities, and the staff has just been outstanding. I’m so glad that I chose Montaje!

I really enjoy living here; the location is absolutely excellent and convenient. However, there is some room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the elevators, which could use more frequent attention. Additionally, it can be quite difficult to find clear information about the building's amenities and how to use them. Overall, it's a great community, but fixing these details would make the experience even better.
