Been here 7 years love my place. I like the view I have looking at the water my neighbor is great . I live the roof rip one of my favorite places in the building

Staff and people are very nice, the common area of maintenance is very poor, you’re missing basic simple things like chairs. The new carpeting you put in the hallways, is extremely ugly, and not in keeping with the rest of the building.
The pool temperature is way too cold for me to enjoy using it
My apartment itself is very nice, and your maintenance department is first rate.

Great place to live. Wonderful amenities and great views. Close to the T. Parking everywhere. Very nice leasing team and security staff. Definitely recommend.

Move-in was handled well, concierge very helpful with scheduled deliveries and other guidance. Leasing agents always responsive when we had questions. Lived here for over a month and we really enjoy it :)
