The Montaje is a great place to live. Friendly staff, great amenities. Located in the wonderful and growing neighborhood of Assembly Row in the city Somerville Massachusetts.

Everything is kept in great condition, many thanks to the personnel! I haven’t had an instance where I’ve came across a messy space. Having a well-kept building makes it enjoyable to live at.

It’s spring time and people are out , dogs are out and fun time is here . I’m looking forward to the music outside and just the love in the air for food , shopping and people from all walks of life .

Gym tvs don’t work and there is dog poop/pee outside every door. Keys also rarely work. My lock has lost battery and I have been locked out of my apartment on 5 different occasions. Other than that, not bad.
