Great design for my studio, has everything I need and layout is so cozy and cute, super close to orange line like you can actually see it from outside of the window

I understand that kids need to be kids, but when they are running around screaming, cannonballing on, and throwing balls into everyone around the pool, it makes it less than enjoyable.
The equipment in the gym needs some significant maintenance, the benches are worn out or very cheap and flimsy, the cables on all the machines are stretched out, there need to be more plates for the smith machine and squat rack, it would be great to have dumbbells that go higher than 50lbs, more handle grips for... the cables would be nice, the pin on the leg extension/leg curl machine pops out sometimes (very dangerous)

Can’t provide more than three starsssss.
They need to more more on their maintenance Service and leasing office as welll since we’re paying this huge amount of money.
