Great apartment community; fair prices, good amenities, great access to the T station; some amenities were partially broken upon move in but not critical plus management takes effort to fix everything

Very pleasant experience. Best community in the area. Quite, peaceful, management really cares. Hoping they will keep doing this in the future so i renew my lease next year

One beachmont is amazing place to live in an amazing location . You have beach , MRT , Groceries shops within 5 mins walk . Community is well maintained with all amenities . Staff is so friendly . I also really like the events they conduct every month
