Because the building management issues were so bad for so long and Greystar did not provide a remedy, I am reluctant to recommend the building. We were treated as if we were snowflakes and essentially gaslighted. We're taking a wait-and-see stance, observing how new management fixes the problems left behind by the last unpleasant regime. We like the work done by Kim and Mike, so I anticipate that things will improve.

The service I received from Kim was exceptional since my arrival in May 2024, and I had a smooth transaction in November. She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me whenever I asked. Kevin has also done a good job fixing my broken items. Overall, the staff is friendly, the place is kept clean most of the time, and they are accommodating regarding security.

Uninhabitable Conditions and Unresponsive Management: A Nightmare Experience
Terrible living conditions. My apartment became infested with flies despite all windows and doors being closed. Repeatedly contacted the leasing office, and provided photos, but no action was taken. I’ve been dealing with severe distress, and the leasing office refused to let me terminate my lease without penalty, despite failing to resolve the issue. They even entered my apartment without permission. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.

I moved from CA to MA and rented this apartment sight unseen. Best decision ever! I love it here! Everything is clean, management very responsive and maintenance is the best! Being across the street from the beach doesn't hurt either!
