I have lived at The Washingtons for several years now and find it a comfortable place to be. I feel safe, can get in to Boston quickly by nearby subway (easily walkable) and have access to everything available in Melrose and nearby towns, from excellent restaurants, to a great theater in Stoneham which offers a variety of shows each season, to lots of local shops. Of course there is also easy access to the major highways too.

The Washingtons is a great apartment complex. We are living here for past two years and experience is great. Quiet community, safe outdoors and accessible commute, this place is amazing for families. The complaints are registered quickly and management team is excellent. The apartment complex is very clean. I highly recommend this place.

The Washingtons is a great apartment community, a short walk from the Orange Line, in Melrose. The apartments are spacious, bright, with well designed kitchens and in-unit laundry. I always feel comfortable and secure here. It’s a nice place to welcome friends.
