The Madison at Marshfield is a great community. The apartments are well maintained, exceptionally clean and the grounds are kept meticulous, as well. The Madison offers so many amenities, including the center, a gaming room, a workout room, childrens room,remote work office spaces, and a seasonal pool. It s close to the highway, restaurants, supermarket, and anything you need. Everyone has been very welcoming and neighborly since our move to the community in January. The office staff is... amazing, always professional and very accomodating. The maintenance guys are quick and efficient, always great!!! We are really loving being part of the community, after downsizing from a house.
