A friend who lives here told me the convenience to move from a house to this condo and the experience is very good, no concerns about snow struggles, a lot of amenities, clean spaces and luxurious common areas that brings a nice status for the residents, highly recommended

I’ve been living at The Shipwright for about a month and have had a good experience overall so far. The building is well-maintained, and the community has been welcoming. The location is convenient, and the amenities are a nice addition.
There are a few areas that could be improved, such as keeping shared spaces like the dog park cleaner and ensuring systems like the fire alarm run smoothly, but overall it’s been a solid place to live and I’m looking forward to continuing my time here.

I love the shipwright very professional and quiet and private. Free beer is great, lots of young professionals which makes the place feel safe and quiet and welcoming.
