This apartment is on the 14th floor of a 29 story building (13th floor eliminated. It has a private balcony with an eastern view, a partial southern and northern view (3 different directions of viewing pleasure.) This balcony is why I moved into this apartment.
The one bedroom unit its a very very good size and a window is in the bedroom as well. Closet is a very good size (2 full closest since they're extended together).
