Nice apartments but absolutely poor follow up and communication with building management. The fire alarm goes off constantly in the building and still has not been fixed (and also did not get an immediate response from the building management for days), tenants have leaking pipes and leaking washer/dryer issues, ACs that malfunction and don't work, no window blinds for months, no follow up on maintenance requests, issues with the car lift system and parking in the garage. The list goes on and on... . This is a new building that clearly was not ready for tenants to occupy. Too many things undone and not working and all of this for a high priced rent. I wish I could move out and most tenants I've spoken to feel the same way!

Unfortunately in new construction buildings, there are always bumps as residents get settled... , but that is no excuse for delays in ensuring they are responded to and resolved. Please know we are working hard to ensure we address all resident concerns as quickly as possible in order to ensure that our residents have the best possible experience at the building. On the items noted we've been working very closely with the building’s subcontractors and have various trades on site almost daily. We're working hard to get through these issues and will continue to do so until all are resolved.
