Halyard is a Great Property - But At What Cost?
This property DOES NOT offer any utilities besides dumpster/recycling privileges (should that even count?) and will raise your rent BY AT LEAST $200 per month after every single lease expiration. In this economy, they have no interest in the well being of their tenants and instead are greedy.
On the plus side, the apartments are new, modern, and the appliances work great. Patio, grills, mail room, Amazon lockers for secure package pickup, gym, are all onsite which is a plus. Also, this is in a... very convenient part of town where you have all the necessities within a 5 minute walk: bank, dentist, urgent care, phone stores, grocery store, liquor store, EV charging, coffee shop, pizza place, etc.
I stand by my 2 star rating, this property is extremely over priced for a city like Gloucester, and will probably leave you scrambling to find somewhere else to live that is more affordable. The state of Massachusetts, essentially the entire USA, is in a housing crisis and these people do not care about pushing people beyond affordability and leaving them no choice but to move out.

Nice, brand new facilities, well managed, and dog friendly.
This is a brand new development (2021) so everything is shiny and freshly painted. Nice stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We are only going into our second month here, but so far, management has been friendly and easy to deal with. There is a web portal for paying rent and making maintenance requests. Ample parking and elevators in each building make carrying groceries home a breeze. This place is so dog friendly, they have a dog washing station in the clubhouse. Grocery... store, pharmacy, hardware store, and homegoods store right around the corner and a YMCA next door. There's a paved bike/jogging path nearby, but we haven't explored it yet. So far, we are pretty happy residents. The neighbors are friendly and not too noisy. It is all wood construction so you do hear your neighbors a bit (as opposed to brick/cement slab), but it's nothing unusual for an apartment.
