Verified Renter

This is a great place to live, with excellent amenities and kind, friendly staff. The location is very convenient — you can easily reach Downtown Boston using the Silver Line and Blue Line.
Costco and Target are only about 10–15 minutes away by car, and Market Basket is just a 10–12 minute walk. Utility bills are not too high because the building uses gas heating instead of only electricity during cold days.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place for young professionals and families who want to stay... close to Boston while enjoying good infrastructure and a welcoming community. It feels comfortable, safe, and truly like home — the kind of place where families can grow and people can live with peace in their hearts.
