It has been a great experience living at THE PRESERVE! The girls at the office, Angie & Rachel, have been more than helpful whenever there’s a question or a problem to be addressed. They are kind, considerate, caring, respectful, & friendly, all the time. The maintenance crew, Chris & George are always available to answer the why’s & wherefore’s of each problem. They are extremely efficient, proficient, timely. courteous,& friendly! I appreciate the efforts of both departments who work here! I... have met some wonderful neighbors here, also!

When we moved in four years ago, we were not sure how long we would stay. Just renewed our lease for another year. Our unit's layout suits us quite well. Maintenance is excellent. The grounds are well kept. The leasing staff are pleasant and professional. Our neighbors are considerate and generally wonderful people.

It’s quiet and peaceful! I just wish people had a designated area to walk their dogs. It’s not fair that they allow dogs to poop in others front and back yards and just leave it there. Maybe a dog walking park would help. The staff is amazing as always helping in anyway they can.
