I've been living at The Preserve at Cohasset and I absolutely love it! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and I love having in-unit laundry and central air. The management team has been super friendly and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or request. I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home here. The location is perfect—tucked away in nature but still close to shops, restaurants, and the commuter rail. Highly... recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and upscale living experience on the South Shore!

Nice apartments overlooking green and trees! Prompt assistance when a problem occurs. Recycling centre still seems to be a problem some days - people just leave trash and don't even attempt to to use compacter at back.

We appreciate your comments about the condition of the property. Areas like the lawn, decks, and trash enclosure are important to the overall experience here, and while our team is committed to regular maintenance, some aspects — especially the trash area — are shared spaces and require a community effort. We’ll continue doing our part and work to educate residents on keeping these areas clean and well-maintained.
Regarding rent differences, there are several factors that can influence pricing, such as unit layout, lease terms, updates, and timing of rental agreements.
