I have enjoyed living at the Watermark for the last 3 years. The location is impossible to beat if you want to live in the Seaport; I love how walkable it is to restaurants, CVS, stores, workout studios, etc. The apartment is also very dog-friendly and close to 2 dog parks. Overall, I really enjoy the staff that works here - especially the concierge and cleaning staff (although there is a decent amount of turnover / new people at the front desk lately). I've also been enjoying the increase in... resident events being offered as a way to build the building community. My biggest qualm is that things could be fixed faster; it seems that when something is broken, it takes far longer than it should to get it resolved. The maintenance staff is great overall; I think this is more of a systemic issue than a personnel issue.
