Its an okay building, great maintenance staff, iffy management in the leasing office. Dog friendly and the apartment amenities are good enough. But I wouldn't trust the leasing office to not try and pull one over on you given the opportunity

Love the building and the amenities are really nice. Wish the pool was open longer, but they’ve opened the outdoor spaces earlier this year which is really nice. The concierges are very friendly. Maintenance is responsive.

It’s a clean, respectable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is efficient, professional, and punctual. The amenities make for a comfortable atmosphere. I’m happy to see building maintenance is a priority.

Everything is great. I love the design of the whole building and the design of my apartment. I wish there were balconies and bigger garage spaces in the garage parking. The community is interesting and kind.
