I have lived in the Alyx for a little over a year and love it. Great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff! The doorman makes fresh fruit water each morning in the lobby which is a nice touch. I used to live and 212 Stuart and loved it as well, Greystar does it well!

One of the nicer and relatively new leasing facilities in the Seaport. What is distinctive : Very well maintained great location; strong/professional concierge team; responsive maintenance dept. and inviting lobby and amenities. We interacted with Brandon from the leasing office throughout the process from the initial contact to move-in. He was superb. He possesses strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of the building and kept us informed throughout the process in a very professional manner.

What an amazing new home! I looked at every building in the Seaport and once I toured The Alyx, met the team and saw a variety of available units, my mind was made up. Absolutely the right decision!

Life at The Alyx has been fabulous! From the moment I moved in, just a couple weeks ago, I couldn't be more pleased. The building and it's amenities, the location and "the Alyx team" are incredible!
