Bower Team is nice and helpful, but they are very difficult to reach by telephone. Answering and returning calls is not their strength. If you have an issue that needs to be resolved with a phone call or human interaction, your experience will not be favorable.

The constant invasiveness from management to have access to your unit for multiple days in a row with no notice of completion of "inspection" is concerning. Also the people preforming the inspections had no idea what they were doing or looking for.

Living in Fenway is great! Accessible and quiet most of the times throughout the year. I’ve enjoyed my time living here. Overall, would highly recommend this apartment as maintenance is always top notch and the cleanliness of the apartment spaces are always tidy.

I really wish what I overheard on tours was an accurate representation of living at Bower. They have the potential to be such a great space but instead they cater to the restaurants which is creating a rat problem. Eastern Standard's prep area is open to the public and their dried storage is kept where there are industrial sized garbage trailers and rats.
