A lifelong Boston native, Nicole grew up just 30 minutes north of the city before attending college in Boston. She began her real estate career in 2011 at a boutique agency specializing in luxury rentals. Between 2012 and 2015, she successfully completed over 1,200 rentals, earning a reputation for her unmatched work ethic and results. In 2015, Nicole was approached by a REIT to represent a statewide portfolio and manage three luxury lease-ups with exclusive representation. From 2015 to 2023, she exclusively represented more than 15 lease-ups ranging from 28 to 500 units and led leasing for over 18 stabilized portfolios. Known for her efficiency, innovative systems, and results-driven approach, Nicole pioneered the trend of exclusive representation agreements between developers and agents in Boston, cementing her status as a key figure in the industry. After completing over 10,000 rentals throughout her career—with an annual average of 600 to 1,000 and leading a team of up to 12 people—Nicole has shifted her focus to buyer and seller representation. The systems and standards she developed through her extensive rental experience have become benchmarks for operational excellence, shaping agent-led discussions regionally and company-wide. Today, Nicole applies these structures to her sales practice, ensuring success as she continues to build on her legacy. Having bought and sold properties in neighborhoods including the North End, Longwood, Beacon Hill, South Boston, Seaport, and the Back Bay, Nicole takes pride in sharing the unique charm and first hand experience of each area with her clients. She has spent the majority of her time in Boston in the Back Bay and also enjoys living part-time on Cape Cod with her Pomeranian, Teddie. Nicole is Boston’s unrivaled real estate powerhouse.
