The Building and amenities are good and the unit layout is great. But then the closet is very small, no place is put our clothing. Appliances are great as it is GE great company. Few neighbors are hostile and complaint on us while moving in where as we experience banging noises for almost 3 hours in the mid night.

Living at the block at Odell has been a wonderful experience. I am so happy to have found a luxury apartment building in the heart of Beverly. My favorite features are the deep spa bathtubs, beautiful finishes, and amenities like the roof rooftop deck, and gym. The management team is wonderful and wants to ensure the residents are happy.

So far everything is what I expected from the building and apartment amenities to the professional friendly staff to the welcoming residents to the location.
I really couldn't have asked for anything better and this is my first time living in an apartment since I was a kid...lol
