Oh please share if you would like but don't parse it... Canvas is an incredible location. Appliances, Counter Tops, and Floor to Ceiling Windows are great! That is where it ends the rest is subpar... Management Team, Other fixtures, Amenities, Price are pretty terrible.

very well designed building, pleasant to enter the lobby with a creative flair on
the walls. maintenance does respond and has the right people to help out.
in a very good part of Beverly....a really excellent walk position with great
restaurants and a nice farmers market. the roof deck and room attached
with glass front is beautiful , with a lovely view of the harbor. There is plenty
of space to do different things on the bottom level...good flow and a
nice gym, pool table, outside... grilles and very nice patio with lots of places to sit.
of course, the dog play area provides entertainment unmatched.i
