This review is specific to the information gathering and application process, as the apts. aren't yet open. The pop-up office on campus at UMass is great and the manager, Jaydon, is very patient and helpful. Seems like it will be a great option with the amenities offered and location right on campus. It ticks all the boxes and you can't beat a brand new facility! Application process was quick and easy.
