The grounds for walking are beautiful. The updated halls and carpeting look so nice. Hopefully they will ad some curb appeal at the entrances with some painting and something pretty like urns on each side of the front entry doors with evergreen trees or flowers — would look classy!

Overall my experience has been good. Staff at the office is friendly, amenities are great and well taken care of, apartment looked very nice when I moved in, and I don’t face any issues with other residents. I just hope that the package room system can be more efficient to avoid any issues.

When we applied to move here, we had a great experience with the office staff. We were warmly welcomed, and that was one of the reasons we chose this place. However, after moving in, we have been very disappointed. The service at the office has changed completely—many times, we find the door closed, the phone takes too long to be answered, and communication has been difficult. We are truly dissatisfied with this situation and hope to see improvements.
