I've been a residential Realtor in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas for almost 20 years, the summer of 2026 will mark my 20 year anniversary. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2016, I have owned and operated Caro Realty Group for the last 10 years. I've sold properties from New Orleans all the way to the Lake Charles area and everywhere in between. I can help with investments, first-time purchases, buying and selling in tandem, vacant property, large land tracts, multi-family, short sales and foreclosures. I have helped clients successfully purchase properties at Sheriff's sales. I have personally purchased properties at Sheriff's sales, so I can also provide real, firsthand experience. Over my 20 years, I have formed solid working relationships with several different trades, including, but not limited to: title companies, notaries, a/c companies, plumbers, electricians, handymen, painters, inspectors and lenders.
