So far, my experience at this apartment complex has honestly been a 10/10. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the move-in process was smooth. I also appreciate how modern everything feels. I haven’t lived here for a super long time yet, so this is just based on my experience so far, but up to this point I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here.

Home. That is the one word to describe The Heights at Picardy. From the time you walk through the doors of the office to move in to being a resident, you are made to feel welcomed and at home. The staff has done an extraordinary job of building a sense of community among residents and the feeling of knowing you have actual neighbors, not just strangers in passing.
My mother and I, along with our 1 year old rescue came to The Heights after a less than favorable experience at another local... complex, where I had resided for over 10 years. From the moment I looked at The Heights, I knew this complex was different and they truly cared about their residence. And that is exactly the experience we have had from day 1. Their kindness, attention to detail and pride in the property are evident is everyway here. We cannot say enough about how much we love it here. And are proud to call The Heights at Picardy home!
