My neighbors with the extra large barking dogs and the horrible smell that comes from the apartment. Always afraid to pass by the apartment for fear of the dogs coming out as previous times

I have been living here at the Water’s of Millerville since July and can’t say enough great things about my experience. The apartment unit in itself is very nice and modern. The community and residents are all so kind as well. It’s perfect distance from the interstate and all the stores I shop at.

Very peaceful and upscale type of living here! No loud noises or no illegal activity goes on here! The neighbors are very quiet that you barely see any on my floor! Always clean around here and I have not had any issues with anything breaking, and if I did, maintenance is here on time!
