My stay at the waters of bluebonnet has been nothing but the best. The staff are attentive and welcoming. The grounds are clean and well kept. Its peaceful and safe. The apartment itself is modern and up to date. Maintenance take care of any issues asap.I loved my stay here. I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and modern. Healthy mix of friendly residents I also love the fact that it’s family oriented. Plenty of activities to do and the community engagement is a plus.

When I find a new home, it has to have a pool and a gym, and they are a MUST. This apt has both amenities and with a trainer & fitness classes. Plus, a loft and fancy securities (mail, amenities, and gates) are for literally everything. The ideas of a meeting room & COFFEE in the lobby for residents 24/7 and built-in fiber internet are superb & brilliant! I appreciate them so very much. Not even that, the beautiful pond view from my dining room and gigantic patio, which are my favorite spots in... the morning and at sunset, is just priceless. I do love the apartment layout, community setup, and variety of activities. It is close to my work, Costco, my favorite theater, AMC, my favorite restaurant, Chimes, Restaurant Depot, and Blue Bayou. All in all, I signed a lease for this very fancy, luxurious apartment complex while I was shopping in BTR for a place to live in NOLA, just because I fell in love with it at first sight. Beautiful facilities - very responsive front desk. If you're considering it, do it! I very much enjoyed my time there. The community is gated as well, so very safe.
