We absolutely love living here!!!! Our apartment is perfect in every way! It’s new and clean! Anytime we have had a maintenance issue (which is rare) someone comes by to fix it so quickly! The apartment events are so fun and Waters truly goes above and beyond to make those special!

Loved it so far! Great location! The staff is so nice and the property is great. The AC is nice and cool. The amenities are awesome. I think we’re going to enjoy our time here.
