Maintenance will NEVER come no matter how many requests you place. I had no washer or dryer for 9 months. They are understaffed and overpriced for what they give. The floors and walls are very unstable too. And so many of their AC's go out every summer and they take so long to fix anything.

Great staff. Super polite and friendly. Very helpful people and maintenance. They actually care about their residents.

Just don’t let them fool you at the office, they do not care to do anything everyone gets paid to do a job and go back home. They have no compassion, and rent to high.

I’ve been living in these apartments for two years now .I just moved they do not maintain the property right my AC did not work for over a year they gave me one window unit on top of that. I asked them to spray my apartment because I had roaches from my neighbor my dishwasher was not working for six months when you called the office to speak to a manager she never responds at this point someone needs to report them because they don’t do their job they just taking people money.

There is god awful management that do not do what they promise. Had no dryer for 5 months, fridge made noises that could be heard outside apartment, and much more
