Tour before leasing! This apartment is not good. Utilities are not included anymore. New management. The stairwells are smelly, dirty and filled with an array of bugs. Walls are paper thin. You will hear and smell your neighbors. Management is rude. They send MASS letters and emails threatening to evict tenants for incidents instead of finding the actual culprit. Cheaply renovated. Floors rise and sweat, doors don’t close/open properly, appliances cheap, etc. Only positive is location and... maintenance comes within a few days of request.

I love it
I love southpark it’s nice and quiet, the neighbors are friendly the mangers Ms. Tamika and Mr . Kenny are friendly and get the job done I would recommend this place to anyone
