If I could give this zero stars, I would.
Done rent from 1SPM at all. You pay for maintenance and maintenance never comes. You move in with broken appliances, broken washers and dryers, and mold in the laundry room and even in some of the apartments. Terrible air ventilation as well. Please take your money elsewhere.
