I've lived at the Four Winds for over two years and am a current resident. It's the best place to live downtown for a few reasons. First, the management and staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help with issues. This has been especially true during COVID. I've had a great experience with the management and staff and would highly recommend each of them. Second, the maintenance crew is always responsive and quick to fix issues (which have only been minor such as a lightbulb burning... out). Third, the rooms and amenities are stellar and the best in the CBD. The rooftop view is awesome and a great place to meet friends or kick back by the pool. The location is great and convenient; whether you are walking to your office or going out for a bite to eat, it's all within walking distance. I really enjoyed my time living at the Four Winds. It was kind of a whirlwind when I moved in. There was a slight staff adjustment, but Travis who just joined was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me out as I left in the same fashion I moved in with.

Popping in with questions about rent, random issues, parking questions etc. was easy and convenient. My emails were always answered in a timely fashion and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It seems simple,... but it makes all the difference.

I wanted to make a special note about the Valets - I did the option to valet my car and I really enjoyed all the men who worked the floor. They were always happy to help - and I took out and parked my car at the strangest hours. Because of the constraints and limitations of my job, the Four Winds was easy and convenient in all the right ways.

Besides the fact that its in the middle of everything, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. That was the most important thing to me coming from another state. Would move back if job would let me!!!!
