There is no washer/dryer hookup and no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed inside the home. Tenant pays all utilities.

We do run a background and reference check and there is a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Tenant must have stable employment and adequate income. Minimum verified income required is $1600 per month.
