This is not a 5 start apartment but they have 5 start rules here. Not adding up

I wouldn't let my family stay here. They have service blockers so your forced to get they're wifi or outsource to another. They have so many rediculous rules it feels like an HOA. They go out of they're way to prove that they don't actually want anyone living here, either that or they clearly want a certain type of people here.

Your complaints will not be taken seriously...

I used to be really happy here, but now I cry.

I feel like new management does not take my complaints seriously. I came in today complaining of two neighbors that are up playing music super loud and talking loud up to 12am and even later. To the extent that I can feel vibrations in my own unit. The manager just told me that is part of apartment living. She also mentioned the possibility of them working third shift, but how about everyone else who does not work third shift? Everyone else that...
has a job they have to wake up to and tend to the very next morning? No regards. When you live in an apartment, you need to be considerate of other people. Part of your job as a manager is to handle tenant issues. I do not feel like my issues were properly handled. You also have to be wary where you step on the property, in grassy areas, because now with new management, people are not picking up after their dogs, and management is not doing anything about that. When it snows, salt is not put down. I have fallen down twice trying to get out of my apartment for the manager to tell me that I do not know how to walk in the snow, and I have pleaded her to get someone to throw salt out.

Look else where

It’s the roaches!! They have roaches here. People walk in the street all times of the day. So many kids, even in my building and I live in a one bedroom! Hope nothing messes up outside of normal hours because there is no emergency maintenance. I can literally go on and on why I hate living here but the most recent is not having a/c for the last few days

Getting better, but not worth it yet

Previous management showed me their nice renovated unit and then stuck me with a dingy un-renovated unit which was simply not worth the money. The new management is investing a lot in this complex to finish renovations/updates. The community is nice, there's always lots of walkers and loud kids running around, so be careful driving through the complex. Fairly walkable to a bunch of different restaurants and stores. For the money they're charging now, you should absolutely look elsewhere.
