I want to like it here .. I love the location, and the layout of the apartment but my move in experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. To the apartment not being ready at move in time - which Christina did offer rent concessions on - to a roach issue.
There’s a dumpster fee and valet trash fee yet residents stack trash in the parking lots. Lease claims there’s a fine if caught yet it’s not being enforced. I’ve asked for a manager or district manager to reach out to me several times and... no response.
It’s disgusting, embarrassing and I believe the pest control issue is directly related to the trash bags in the parking lots daily.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
Rude management. A lot of problems and nobody fixes them. Cockroach all over. Hidden fees, two bedrooms it supposed to be 1179 and you end up paying 1370 plus electricity, basically almost 1500 (freakin expensive for the quality) Giving 1 star cuz I can’t give 0

Lo peor estos condominios, pero lo mas decepcionante es el personal que trabaja en la ofina, cero profesionalidad para trabajar con los clientes, te gritan sin importarle los derechos de las personas, los terminos de contratos los violan subiendote elevadamente el precio de la renta mensualmente. Cualquier opcion de renta es mejor que esta,

Garbage,maintenance and rent
So many reasons to tell you not to move here. Read the reviews about maintenance, I have had a bucket under my sink for weeks. Call the number, they won’t answer. Go in person, they say wait. Rent is still increasing and only one garbage not even in walking distance. So much wrong, move in and you’ll see.
