AWFUL MANAGEMENT
I thought this was gonna be a good place to live but it's been 4 months and its fastly been proven WRONG!!!!!!!!!! Edit: They refused to take my rent payment thru money order bc they recently changed it without let anyone know, finally accepted it after putting up a fight. Now I have to pay a late fee bc they REFUSED TO TAKE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Awful management. People I promise you can find better than Carrington!! Please don't come here it's awful.

My experience so far
I have only been living in Carrington Place for a few weeks, but so far I love it. I recently had a few issues that were quickly resolved with no issue. My leasing agent Christina has been the absolute best. I definitely recommend moving here.

I don't normally do reviews on places. However this time Ill make an exception.
So I recently took a tour of the apartment complex with their leasing agent John. Who was very polite and genially made me feel like I was a friend or family member he has not seen in along time. Took the time to answer all questions and even asked me questions about me and my puppy. It was like a get to know you. Not like a lot of apartments I've went to. That just wants to know how much money you make. John asked about my dog, and about me. Very welcoming, very nice, and makes you want to stay... . We shared pictures of each others dogs.-I digress- I would just like to complement the apartment and the friendly face you have working for you. Cant wait to put my application in and move in.
