Poor cleaning Staff was warm and welcoming and initial walkthrough was great. Unfortunately upon moving in and getting situated more and more areas such as under the dishwasher, stove, countertops, AC, the AC units themselves, the floors, and many more areas were found to have been neglected and had extremely gross and concerning build up that hadn't been cleaned in years. It transformed the fresh move in feeling to a gross chore of discovering and attempting to clean these areas.

Replaced Dishwasher I placed a maintenance request for my dishwasher that was not working. Jerry came over to assess the situation and a couple of days later - he was able to install a new dishwasher.
It is very much appreciated and the complex has a great maintenance crew.

Maintenance to the rescue I contacted Maintenance on a weekend because my toilet was backed up. Maintenance arrived within 15 minutes and fixed it! I was very impressed that they responded so quickly! The Maintenance man was very friendly and polite. Overall, I was extremely impressed and pleased with his help.
